On September 11, 2001, 38 planes were diverted to the tiny town of Gander, Newfoundland — doubling its population overnight. Come From Away tells the true story of the 7,000 stranded "come from aways" and the locals who fed, housed, and befriended them: five extraordinary days in which kindness answered catastrophe.
